To register to My Account for the first time, perform the following steps:
1) Click the link named 'Register for My Account'.
2) Type your (a) KDDI Mobile Number (b) E-mail Address (c) Billing Zip Code and click 'Submit'.
3) Accept Terms & Conditions for My Account use.
4) Select your Security Question and type in its answer then click 'Submit'.
You will receive a password via Text Mail. Please use the password sent by KDDI Mobile to log in. Once you log in, you may change your My Account password from the Personal Information page. |

To change your password, perform the following steps:
1) Type your username and current password, and then click 'Log In'.
2) Click the link named 'Personal Information' that is listed under the 'Account Management' section.
3) Click the link named '< Change My Account Password Setting >' under the 'My Account Password Setting'.
4) Type your current password in 'Old Password', new password in 'New Password' and 'Confirm New Password'.
5) Click 'Apply'.
You will receive your password via Text Mail. |

To make a payment, perform the following steps:
1) Type your username and current password, and then click 'Log In'.
2) Click the link named ' Make a Payment' under that is listed under the 'Invoice & Payment'.
3) Type payment amount in 'Payment Amount' field.

(a) To make a payment with current credit card, enter your credit card CVC/CSC and then click 'Pay Now'. |

(b) To make a payment with a new credit card, enter your new credit card information and then click 'Pay Now'. |

If you are a recent subscriber who has not been issued your first bill, or have changed your voice plan within this month, your Anytime Minutes will be prorated. Under those circumstances, Anytime Minutes may not display correctly. |

You may be logging into My Account with the secondary user's phone number. If you log into My Account with the secondary user's phone number, you will not be able to receive an accurate usage report. You will need to change your log-in setting. Please call Customer Support to change your log-in setting. |

Additional Used minutes occur when you exceed your monthly Anytime Minutes. |

Family Plan users will see the sum of all the minutes used among the users who share the Anytime Minutes. The numbers in "( )" indicate the minutes used by the primary user. |

If your calls are made using Anytime Minutes, the usage will appear in the Used section of Anytime Minutes. If your calls are made after exceeding the Anytime Minutes, the calls will appear in the Additional Used section of Anytime Minutes. |
