Customer Desk Manager

Inside of Mitsuwa Supermarket, Edgewater, NJ

1. Answer customer's inquiries about residential services in proper way.
2. Receive an application form for service, credit card information and/or cash from customers.
3. Hand mobile handset, accessories, prepaid card or other products to customers.
4. Manage cash and products properly and keep the Customer Desk clean and neat.
5. Manage part-time employees at the desk.
1. Must be bilingual in Japanese and English
2. Basic PC skills (Microsoft OS, Word, Excel, etc)
3. Prefer corporate customer service experience (not retail stores)
4. Must have legal work authorization
5. Must have reliable transportation to commute to Mitsuwa Supermarket
Salary Range: Full-time:  $35,000-$40,000 / year
Part-time: Hourly wage TBD
Regular hours: 9:30am - 5:30pm or 12:00pm - 8:00pm
Flexible between Monday through Sunday
Start Date: Immediately (introductory period during initial 3 months)
VISA support: No

2 Handle trouble-shooting with outside venders.

3. PC skill for MS Word and Excel
