- All the tasks to operate KDDI Mobile Tier1;
- Customer support regarding services such as application and inquiries, and data process accordingly to Tier1 procedure.
- Handle trouble shooting with outside vendors utilizing project management skill
- Handle customer billing issues such as payment process and late payment collection
- Conduct outbound telemarketing
- Other tasks under supervisors’ direction
- Other tasks under supervisors’ direction in regards to the services that KDDIA offers.

Satisfy following conditions;
- Accurate, prompt, and detailed customer support
- Provide proper support in Japanese and English
- Accurate execution of procedure
- Handle trouble shooting contacting outside vendor
- Knowledge regarding invoice procedure
- Execute outbound telemarketing
- Develop necessary capabilities with PC, Office, and other applications
- Suggest constructive inputs and feedback to better operation and customer support at Tier1
- Precise execution of supervisors’ direction in regards to the services that KDDIA offers

Monday-Sunday (5 days) : 9:00am - 5:00pm or 12:00pm - 8:00pm (2 shift Rotation), 2 days off in a week
Flexible between Monday through Sunday |
