Customer Support Representative/MVNO(Temp-to-Hire)

  1. All the tasks to operate KDDI Mobile Tier1;
    • Customer support regarding services such as application and inquiries, and data process accordingly to Tier1 procedure.
    • Handle trouble shooting with outside vendors utilizing project management skill
    • Handle customer billing issues such as payment process and late payment collection
    • Conduct outbound telemarketing
    • Other tasks under supervisors’ direction
  2. Other tasks under supervisors’ direction in regards to the services that KDDIA offers.
Satisfy following conditions;
  1. Accurate, prompt, and detailed customer support
  2. Provide proper support in Japanese and English
  3. Accurate execution of procedure
  4. Handle trouble shooting contacting outside vendor
  5. Knowledge regarding invoice procedure
  6. Execute outbound telemarketing
  7. Develop necessary capabilities with PC, Office, and other applications
  8. Suggest constructive inputs and feedback to better operation and customer support at Tier1
  9. Precise execution of supervisors’ direction in regards to the services that KDDIA offers
Regular hours: Monday-Sunday (5 days) : 9:00am - 5:00pm or 12:00pm - 8:00pm (2 shift Rotation), 2 days off in a week
Flexible between Monday through Sunday
